Site report — northdallasmedspa.com, reviewed 27 July 2026

Independent review · 27 July 2026

Thirteen years of authority, and no way to book you online.

northdallasmedspa.com has been registered since 2013 and the practice has operated in Plano since 2011. That history is a genuine asset — and it is being spent on a site that cannot take a booking, has not published since 2021, and lists two different addresses across the web. Everything below was checked on the live site or public records.

What we found

A strong practice on a website that has stopped working for it

QuestionWhat we foundHow we know
Can patients book online? No. There is no booking system. A patient must telephone during office hours or submit a contact form and wait for a callback. Full navigation check of the live site.
How old is the domain? Registered 14 May 201313 years 2 months of accumulated search history. That is a real competitive advantage over the newer Plano med spas, and it is currently underused rather than lost. Public RDAP registry record.
Is the site being maintained? Partly. Pages were last touched October 2024 — 21 months ago — and the blog has not been added to since November 2021, over four years. northdallasmedspa.com/sitemap.xml lastmod fields.
How much content is there? Roughly 850 words on the homepage covering more than twenty treatments. There is no FAQ section anywhere. Full read of the live homepage.
Is your address consistent? No. Your site says 6541 Preston Rd, Suite 300. Yelp publishes 4716 Alliance Blvd. Google cross-checks these, and a conflict makes it unsure the business is real. Your website vs live Yelp listing, 27 Jul 2026.
Is your content duplicated elsewhere? Yes. A second domain also publishes med spa pages describing this practice, which splits authority the same way two websites would. Live search results, 27 Jul 2026.
How much traffic is affected? We cannot see your analytics and will not invent a figure. Needs Search Console access.

The findings

Four things costing you patients

01

No way to book an appointment online

Telephone during office hours, or a contact form and a wait.

Critical

What this means

People research aesthetic treatments in the evening, on a phone, after work. That is when they are deciding — and it is precisely when nobody answers a Plano office telephone.

Somebody comparing three med spas can book two of them in forty seconds. Yours asks them to fill in a form and wait for a callback tomorrow, or to remember to phone during a working day when they are at their own job. Most will not. And unlike a phone that rings out, you never find out it happened.

This is the single largest measurable leak on the list, and the one with the fastest payback, because the traffic is already arriving.

What it costs

Every evening and weekend enquiry, which in aesthetics is the majority of them. A contact form converts at a fraction of the rate a live booking calendar does.

Fixed by

Your own booking engine with live availability, instant confirmation and automatic reminders that cut no-shows. See it working.

02

Two different addresses published across the web

Preston Road on your site, Alliance Boulevard on Yelp.

Critical

Why this quietly destroys your Google Maps ranking

Google decides which businesses to show in the map results by cross-checking your name, address and phone number everywhere it can find them. When they agree, Google is confident and ranks you. When they disagree, Google becomes unsure the business is real — and an unsure Google shows somebody else.

Whatever the history behind the second address, the effect today is that your reviews, visits and credibility are being split across two records, and neither is strong enough to win the map pack for "med spa Plano" or "med spa near me".

Separately, a second domain is also publishing med spa pages describing this practice. That does the same thing to your search authority that two addresses do to your map ranking — divides it in half.

What it costs

The map pack — the three businesses shown above normal results — is where "med spa near me" is won. It is the highest-intent local search there is, and you are not eligible while the data conflicts.

Fixed by

One consistent name, address and phone number pushed to every major directory, the Yelp listing corrected or merged, the duplicate content consolidated, and LocalBusiness structured data on the site so Google reads the same answer from you directly.

03

Nothing published in four and a half years

Blog last updated November 2021. Pages last touched October 2024.

High

Why "not enough content" is a real problem, not marketing talk

Google does not rank businesses. It ranks answers. Someone searching "how much does Botox cost in Plano", "is bio-identical HRT safe" or "how long does laser resurfacing take to heal" gets sent to whoever answered it properly — and arrives already most of the way to booking.

Your site answers almost none of them. Twenty-plus treatments share roughly 850 words, and there is no FAQ anywhere. So every one of those questions is being answered by a competitor.

You are unusually well placed to fix this. A physician-led practice can write authoritatively about hormones and supervised weight loss in a way most Plano med spas legally cannot — and Google explicitly rewards demonstrated medical expertise on health topics. That advantage is currently unused.

What it costs

Thirteen years of domain authority sitting idle. A site this established ranks quickly once there is content worth ranking — the foundation is already paid for.

Fixed by

A full page per treatment (600–900 words), a real FAQ section, and a publishing plan built from the questions your front desk already answers every week.

04

Physician-led — and barely saying so

The one thing most Plano competitors cannot claim, mentioned on an inside page.

High

What this means

Plano and Frisco have a great many med spas. Very few are physician-owned and medically directed, and the wellness side of your practice — bio-identical hormones, supervised weight loss — genuinely requires that direction.

A patient choosing where to start hormone therapy or have laser resurfacing is weighing exactly one thing: is this medically serious? You can answer yes in a way a nurse-run studio cannot. Right now that answer is on an About page rather than being the first thing anybody reads.

What it costs

You compete on price against practices with less clinical authority, while holding the credential that would win the comparison outright — and the higher-value wellness patients go elsewhere.

Fixed by

Physician direction in the first screen, a proper practitioner page with credentials, and reviews pulled live from your Google Business Profile.

Plain English

Three terms worth knowing

Term 01

NAP consistency

Name, Address, Phone. Google cross-checks these across every directory it can find. When they match everywhere, it trusts you and ranks you locally. When they disagree — as yours do between your website and Yelp — it hedges and shows a competitor instead.

Like being listed twice in the phone book at two addresses. Nobody knows which one to visit.

Term 02

Domain authority

The credibility your web address has built with Google over thirteen years — from age, from other sites linking to you, from consistently serving real content. A med spa that opened last year cannot buy this. It is your biggest unused asset.

Like the goodwill of a practice trading in the same spot since 2011.

Term 03

Basket size

The average amount one patient spends in a single visit. Winning the patient is the expensive part; once they are in the chair every extra dollar is nearly pure margin. A $400 BBL becomes a $600 visit when aftercare is shown and the next session is booked before they leave.

The cheapest revenue in the practice, because the patient is already won.

What changes

What a rebuild is built to produce

01

Bookings at 9pm on a Tuesday

Live availability and instant confirmation, capturing the evening and weekend enquiries a contact form currently loses.

02

Eligible for the map pack

One consistent address everywhere, Yelp corrected, so "med spa near me" in Plano can finally return you.

03

Thirteen years put to work

Real content on a domain with genuine authority — the fastest ranking gains available to any practice in your market.

04

Physician authority front and centre

Medical direction stated where patients decide, winning the comparison against nurse-run studios.

05

The wellness side discovered

Hormones and supervised weight loss given real pages — higher-value, longer-retention patients that most competitors cannot serve.

06

Higher spend per visit

Aftercare shown, courses planned, and the next appointment booked before the patient leaves.
