Medical Aesthetics of North Dallas was founded by Dr Dennis Eisenberg and has operated in Plano since 2011. Treatments are performed under medical direction, and the wellness side — hormones, supervised weight loss — requires it.
Plano and Frisco have no shortage of med spas. Very few are physician-owned, and that is the difference a patient is actually weighing when they choose where to have laser resurfacing or start hormone therapy. It belongs at the top of the homepage.

How much does Botox cost in Plano?
Across the Plano and Frisco area, Botox is generally priced per unit at between $11 and $16, so what you pay depends on the units your treatment actually needs rather than a flat package price. A first forehead treatment typically uses 20–30 units. We quote the exact number at your consultation, before anything is injected.
What is the difference between Ultherapy and a facelift?
Ultherapy uses focused ultrasound to stimulate collagen deep in the skin, tightening gradually over three to six months with no incisions and no downtime. A facelift is surgery — it removes and repositions tissue, with a far more dramatic result and a real recovery period. Ultherapy suits mild to moderate laxity; if your skin has significant sagging we will tell you honestly that surgery would serve you better rather than sell you a treatment that will disappoint.
Is bio-identical hormone replacement safe?
Hormone replacement should always be physician-supervised, based on bloodwork rather than symptoms alone, and reviewed regularly with dose adjustment. That is how it is run here. Whether it is appropriate for you depends on your history, your labs and your risk factors — which is exactly the assessment the initial consultation exists to make. Nobody should be starting hormones without that.
How long does laser resurfacing take to heal?
ProFractional resurfacing typically means three to seven days of visible redness and peeling depending on the depth used, with full collagen remodelling continuing for several months. Lighter treatments such as BroadBand Light usually mean a day or two of coffee-ground darkening in pigmented areas before it flakes away. If you have an event in the diary, tell us at consultation and we will plan the depth and timing around it.
